236&236A Albany Highway

This is our subdivision project. 236&236A Albany highway has 1027 sqm for site area and was subdivided into 7 units which contains two-storey terrace houses and duplex. We aimed for high-quality comfortable living place for this project, so during the design stage we added many luxury design features for both exterior and interior. We started RC design since July in 2019 and granted RC and EPA in April 2020. The gross floor area for each lot is from 105 to 130 sqm. Typologies of 2 bedroom and 2 bedrooms plus 1 study room make each house spacey and comfortable to live.
